Welcome to the 2011 Day of the Cowboy Event!
Below is a list of items for you to review before submitting your application:
1. We will supply approximately a 10 foot by 10 foot space in an outside area at Gold Canyon Golf Resort.
2. You can bring a canopy in case of rain showers.
3. You must bring your own table and chairs, display booth, etc.
4. Set up starts at 2 pm and you must be done setting up by 4 pm. Clean up starts at 8 p.m. when the fireworks begin.
5. You can park next to the vendor booth location to unload your items and get them to your space, but must use the designated parking during the event. If you have large items please notify Susan so that arrangements can be made.
6. No raffles will be allowed to generate money for any organization but if you are raffling an item to acquire leads, names and addresses, this is allowed. Please call with questions.
8. Please make your booth as professional as possible. This is an annual event.
9. Make checks payable to Gold Canyon Golf Resort. (Cost of 10 X 10 booth space is $35)
10. ONLY ONE VENDOR PER BOOTH
11. Please submit your application and payment in by the October 2, 2011. There will be a $15 late registration fee after that date.
12. No refunds will be given in the event of rain, wind, or event interruption or destruction of any kind.
13. Only TWO vendors per company will be accepted (ie: two Gold Canyon Candle, two Party Lite etc. will be allowed). Visit www.dayofthecowboy.co for more information.
14. Your application must be approved by The Day of the Cowboy Committee before participating in the event.
15. If you need to make special arrangements due to handicap or other issue, please notify Susan Sharp.
Day of the Cowboy will not be held liable or responsible for your loss incurred by or at the event should there be a loss for any reason.
